Leccino is a delicious varietal with medium intensity.  This varietal of olive is lively on the nose with refined green olive and herbal notes.  On the palate, the oil shows hints of almond, ripe olive, fresh hay and a touch of black pepper on the finish.  It is a delicious compliment to salads, soups, and sauces.
