This elegant cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is particularly suitable for seasoning bruschetta, and the preparation of sauces, braised meats, meat carpaccio, rustic soups and just about any vegetable dish. For “connoisseurs” we recommend using it raw on broad beans and chicory, and on warm, lightly toasted bread. It has a much higher seasoning capacity than other oils.
