Free shipping over $75.
We offer free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout. We ship to all addresses throughout New Zealand, including rural delivery, please note that rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery times
When to expect your order.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows. North Island urban addresses typically receive delivery within 2–3 business days. South Island and rural addresses generally take 3–5 business days. Please allow a little extra time during peak periods such as Christmas and public holidays.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please get in touch with us and we'll look into it right away.

We want you to love what you receive.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right. We may ask for a photo of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue quickly. Replacement products or a full refund will be arranged at our discretion.
As our products are consumable food items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if you have any concerns about the quality of a product you've received, please reach out,your satisfaction matters to us and we'll always do our best to find a solution.
